Uploading an Order

You can upload an order using the downloadable template provided on the website.

To upload an order:

1. Click on Quick Order

2. Click on Order Upload Template to download the spreadsheet.

3. Complete the spreadsheet. Make sure to populate the quantity with a number as anything other than a number from 1 or higher will skip adding that item to your order. When complete, save the format to xls.

4. (1) Upload the file, (2) then tick the box on 'First row as column header' and finially click on (3) Upload Order. After a few seconds, depending on how large the order, you will be prompted which items, failed and successfully imported. The successful items will be placed into your cart.
