Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled up to 3PM EST the day before your delivery date by our customer service team if stocked items. If a credit card was authorized for the order, the authorization will be voided. If the order is in route, please refuse the order when the driver tries to deliver so it will return to our warehouse. A credit will be issued to close the invoice or if paid by credit card the credit will be applied back to the credit card.

If the product is special order or non-stock, please contact our customer service team. They will reach out to the vendor to see if they will cancel the order.
