Program Overview

Kelsan Cleansaver+ is a voluntary customer rewards program offering a 5% discount on qualifying in-store purchases of $100 or more per transaction (pre-tax). Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Open to individuals and businesses.
  • Kelsan reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate membership at its discretion.

Membership may be revoked for misuse, fraudulent activity, false enrollment information, or violation of store policies.

Discount Terms

  • A 5% discount applies to qualifying in-store purchases totaling $100 or more in a single transaction.
  • Discount applies at the time of purchase only and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • The Cleansaver+ discount does not apply to bleach purchases.
  • The discount is also not valid on contract pricing (unless approved), equipment packages, clearance items, special promotions, or other excluded SKUs as determined by Kelsan.
  • Discounts may not be combined with other offers unless authorized by Kelsan.
  • Benefits are non-transferable and may not be resold.

Kelsan reserves the right to modify qualifying products, exclusions, or program structure at any time.

Information Collection & Use

By enrolling, members consent to Kelsan collecting:

Name, business name, email, phone number, and purchase information related to program use.

Information may be used to administer program benefits, provide optional promotional offers, improve operations, and enhance customer experience.

Kelsan does not sell or rent personal information to unrelated third parties. Information may be shared with payment processors, service providers assisting in program operations, or when required by law.

Members may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting their local branch.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PROGRAM BENEFITS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. KELSAN MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. KELSAN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAM BENEFITS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

(A) KELSAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF BUSINESS, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS PROGRAM; AND

(B) KELSAN’S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL PROGRAM DISCOUNT RECEIVED BY THE MEMBER, INCLUDING APPLICABLE TAXES.

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the member and Kelsan regarding the Cleansaver+ program and supersede any prior or conflicting representations, marketing materials, or communications. Employees and agents of Kelsan have no authority to modify these Terms, either orally or in writing.

Program Changes

Kelsan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Cleansaver+ at any time without prior notice.
