The Nox-Rust® 1100 VCI Lubricating Oil is a ready-to-use volatile corrosion inhibiting liquid designed to protect ferrous metals and other metal components from rust during storage, shipment, lay-up, and equipment preservation. Its VCI technology provides protection throughout enclosed systems, including areas above the oil level that may otherwise be vulnerable to moisture and condensation.
Packaged in a 5-gallon pail, Nox-Rust 1100 is well suited for engines and other closed systems such as fuel and storage tanks, hydraulic systems, compressors, transmissions, and gearboxes. The lubricating oil can remain in many systems when equipment is returned to service, eliminating the need for complete removal before operation.
