This replacement foam filter is designed for the CleanFreak® 19 Gallon Wet/Dry Vacuum and is specifically intended for wet recovery applications. The foam filter fits over the vacuum's float cage to help prevent larger dirt and debris collected with liquids from reaching the vacuum motor. 

For proper maintenance, rinse the foam filter after use and allow it to air dry completely before reinstalling it. This filter is designed for wet pickup and is different from the foam filter supplied with the optional HEPA filtration kit.
