CleanFreak Defoamer is a vacuum motor protectant designed to control foam in the recovery tanks of auto scrubbers, carpet extractors, and wet/dry vacuums. While it won’t completely eliminate foam, it quickly breaks down bubbles within the tank to help prevent foam or liquid from reaching the vacuum motors.

This highly concentrated silicone emulsion defoamer is suitable for a wide range of institutional, industrial, and janitorial equipment that handles chemicals and experiences foaming issues. For best results, we recommend drawing a couple of ounces of Defoamer through your machine with each use. This coats internal surfaces and reduces foam buildup throughout the equipment, not just in the recovery tank.
