This product is a highly alkaline, foaming, chlorinated cleaner which is perfect for food processing applications and is suitable for dispensing through foaming, steam, or pressure equipment. This economical concentrate effectively removes grease, oil, carbonized soils, mold and mildew stains, and virtually all types of food soils. Features: high foaming formula, prolonged contact time on all vertical surfaces, and chlorinated alkaline detergent. Applications: Recommended for use in: meat processing plants, restaurants and kitchens, and other food processing facilities.
